It's as much about knowing where to find a fight as it is alliances to each other.
We were in the middle of removing some POS's from wh space over the weekend, and we were made aware that several wh corps were rolling their statics, trying to get in. This wasn't because they had ties to the corp we were evicting. It was because they were looking for a fight. This, at least in my opinion, is what seems to drive most of the major wh corps/alliances.

The most important thing to remember when your wormhole takeover fails is to have a guys named PoopOnMe. This makes the video of said failure much more enjoyable. |

You want goodfights with any of those corps, come at us bro, I think I can safely speak for everyone when I say we love people to bring the fight.
But what you tried to do was bully a bunch of kids with lollipops, so please don't be butthurt if you get your hand smacked by stern parents. (And if you like structure grinding then I am :( )
I agree with everything here, but calling them kids with lollipops is a bit rough lol |

Bel Amar wrote:Bane Nucleus wrote:I agree with everything here, but calling them kids with lollipops is a bit rough lol I'm gonna disagree with it though. If you live in a wormhole, you're a target. That includes EVE Uni starter systems, it includes us, it even includes major nullsec alliances. There is simply no way it's reasonable to expect that a bunch of badly defended POS's should be left alone because they're "new to wormholes" or something. If they want to stay there, the correct way to do it is as they did, they fight off their attackers, either by themselves or with allies. We fought, we lost. Life goes on. I'm happy with the outcome, because I had fun. I hope that the "kids with lollipops" learnt something out of it. But don't tell me that they should have been left alone in the first place because they're special snowflakes; that attitude simply doesn't belong in wormholes.
I should have specified that i agree with them saying to not be surprised when someone shows up to help. The second you enter wh space, you are a target.
Secondly, part of their training is to now realize they have **** pos defenses and fix it. If anything, they should thank you guys for this learning experience, and move on. |
